If this past year was difficult to find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow for you, I'll bet you still have some memories to hang your hat on. As my mother-in-love says every time we see her, "Let's make memories!"
So I name this year-at-a-glance after her. Let's DO make those memories and I pray you to keep making beautiful ones...
A little something for everyone...

Empower Yourself!
Desktop wallpaper to inspire you have been motivated by the spiritual implications and inspirations from The Greatest Salesman in the World. It is an itty-bitty book but if you read the book the way Og suggests, then it will take 10 months for you to finish. This is a GREAT resource to have if you are memorizing THE SCROLLS in one sentence each.
The encouragement is to read 1 scroll 3 times a day for 30 days. Once that is completed, you go on to the next scroll. 30 days later, you move on to the next scroll and then the next. You keep repeating this process until you have completed all 10 scrolls.
Enjoy this desktop wallpaper to encourage you to memorize the basic message of each scroll. But wait! If you haven't read the book yet, YOU'LL LOVE IT!
No worries. The scroll may have a lot of content, but the core message of each scroll is one sentence. This is a great way to keep them in mind as you "persist until you succeed." ENJOY! Empower yourself!

A Parenting Checklist
with Jesus
Parenting is HARD. I mean, really really hard. Did I say that out loud? Are you laughing yet? The things that have kept ME away from pure insanity all have to do with truly committing time to myself alone or with sisters, to scripture, to sincere meditation, and companionship with Jesus. Sometimes just committing a few moments a day make all the difference in the world. So I put together your list and some layouts that are phenomenally helpful! You can use it yourself OR pass it on to a friend.

fun short-term missionary
advice from a serious pro
Dear friend,
A missionary who had great impact on the PrediSan Health Ministries in Honduras, Charlie Walton was a very well-respected short-term missionary to Honduras (and long-term missionary to everyone around him). This is my collection of his personal proverbs concerning mission work that he uttered at one time or another on one of his many ventures to the deep, deep south. A couple of years before he passed into glory, he gave me permission to use (or mess with) some of them in my book on missions. I feel sure there are many, many others. I share them with you so that they may give you a little laugh, but ultimately, a little perspective about things that can happen on the short-term mission field. Enjoy. *wink*
Love, Angie

2020 AND MISSION TRIPS?
it CAN be done!
Were you planning on going on a mission trip this summer? Did you raise money and everything? Was it derailed by the fact that, well, planes aren’t going to be getting you there? Guess what? Welcome to your first lesson in flexibility.
Even if this type of mission work seems tiny compared to your other possibilities, be that person who is ascertaining how they can help, even if you are housebound missionary.
A step-by-step guide to raise money for your mission trip.
Extremely helpful tips from myself and a missions' accountant that will be
invaluable to you in your endeavours to fund your mission trip and before you run to mama’s Christmas card list for possible cash donations. ;-)
Look closely at sources, limitations, order of effectiveness, and a sample support letter for you to use.
ARE YOU READY?
Best-selling recording artist, songwriter, and author Michael Card called this book “The perfect tool for preparing and sustaining anyone sensing the call to a short-term mission project. It is both intensely practical and deeply spiritual as it provides advice for the emotional experience of sending our best out on mission for the first time.”
Processing Your Team's Mission Trip (after the trip AND, more importantly, before they go!)
If you are a mission group leader, you know it is important to address RE-ENTRY back to their home country as it is spiritually profitable to prepare the team before the trip. You may need to help some members adjust back to their daily lives. This prep will open their eyes and hearts even greater as the trip continues and it is a fun and easy PowerPoint to guide and your team through those thoughts. It does help to process these things after your trip, but it is MORE effective before. Scripture Scout's honour! :)
A fun info-graphic for you.
Here is a simple little info-graphic you can use as a bookmark, mini-poster, print-and-share or just something to share virtually. It's something we talk about in How to Get Ready for Short-Term Missions. You also may know as much as I do (maybe more!) and will nod your head vehemently at this list (and maybe even giggle a little), but now you have something in print that you can reference or share however you like!

FOR the Sleuth for the Truth Curriculum Plan
Believe it or not, understanding BIBLICAL CHRONOLOGY can be a blast! The Scripture Scout's Sleuth for the Truth Sunday School curriculum offers an amazing resource for the teacher.
Here you will find access to the chronological order of Bible Books! We've made it FUN, too: the images for each book correspond with the Sleuth for the Truth lesson in which that book is being covered. For example, Titus & Philemon are covered in the same lesson, but Luke is covered in two different lessons. Let the fun images guide you!
for your fridge! ;-)
I want you to feel free to pass this on to any Sunday School teacher you know. Or maybe that's YOU! Through the Scripture Scout method of team teaching, it is simpler to take your lesson from being so close to boring (that it causes someone to extemporaneously nap) to something even the adults in the room will truly enjoy! Here are some ABCs, well, ABZs, for having a ZIPPY time in any bible classroom!
